This wet room had got some real damp issues which is evident in the pictures. The water had gone through cracks in the tile grout and had gone right down the back and under the floor.
So it was back to the beginning for this room with a full rip out and a fresh start.
A fabulous end result, completed on time and perhaps more importantly, within budget.
