This property in Elstow was being done up to be rented out. The owner took on various jobs himself but needed me for a few of them.
I boxed in the fireplace for a maintenance free tidy look. I made a cupboard for the boiler and also tiled the kitchen.
It is so much easier when one person is responsible for different jobs 🙂
