This job started life as a request to re-tile the upper reveal in the bathroom, but grew as we walked around. It was agreed in the end for me to do the re-tile (using existing) and to re-seal the bath, basin and the kitchen worktop.
As you can see from the pictures, it really did need doing. A small leak behind the silicone can cost a fortune in the end so no excuses… get it done.
The property is a rental property and the landlord is doing a great job of the maintenance so all credit to him.
