It is getting to that time of year where windows are being painted more often as it is warmer for leaving them open all day.
On this job, the customer had previously had the sash windows repaired by an expert so that they all open beautifully. So they were a dream to paint. But there were still a few that had been painted shut in the past and stayed that way once more. For those windows, I repaired them myself and followed up with priming them as bare wood was showing through. Then they were under-coated and finally glossed for an unblemished finish.
All in all, a vast improvement all round!
